Full Service Commercial Janitorial Services


What is the process? Spectrum Building Services will first meet with our potential client to ensure we understand your janitorial needs. We will then determine the scope of services required, create a schedule and determine pricing. Upon agreement of the proposal, we will spend three days training the janitorial team to your specifications. Our services are performed according to your schedule daytime and nighttime cleaning are both available. To ensure your cleaning needs are being met and exceeded, you will be assigned a Spectrum Building Services Customer Account Manager who will inspect your location on a monthly basis. Our customer satisfaction team will contact you once per month to make sure you are pleased and use any constructive feedback to determine if your janitorial team will receive a bonus under our monthly bonus program. The team only receives a bonus if you rate the service as excellent.


  • • The Sales representative meets with our potential client and walks through their property to create a bid.
  • • From our office, a custom proposal is created and emailed to client within 24 hours of meeting.
  • • Make any requested adjustments to proposal prior to client signing.
  • • Select janitorial staff for client and spend three days training them on-site.
  • • An assigned Spectrum Building Services Customer Account Manager will inspect clients’ property once a month.
