He has been responsible for leading significant business units and elevating their performance and execution. He has brough that same Fortune 500 leadership, knowledge and experience of how to provide superior, consistent service to Spectrum.

Janine Adesko

Janine Adesko runs our customer service, operational planning and administration unit. She has the responsibility of ensuring that our customers needs are met efficiently and effectively and to resolve any issues that arise. She has over 25 years as a leader at Bank of America in areas as diverse as human resources, training, operations and project management.

Marlon Gutierrez

Marlon Gutierrez is responsible for all day to day operations. He manages all of the area managers who oversee the work of the janitors. His focus is ensuring consistent high quality execution at the end of every janitorial service job. Mr. Gutierrez has over 12 years of experience managing operations in our industry.
